Description
Occasionally, Sunshine has openings in supervisory or management positions for qualified candidates. These specific positions may vary from time to time, but in general you would be supervising a team in caring for our residents with special needs. Additional positions may be available in Accounting, Human Resources, IT or Operations.

Requirements
Management positions will generally require a college degree in a relevant field of expertise such as Social Work, Special Education, Psychology or other related fields. Supervisory positions do not require a degree, but previous supervisory and MR/DD experience is strongly preferred.

Typical Wages
Sunshine offers very competitive wages, an excellent benefit package and wonderful work environment. Wages will vary by position and will commensurate with experience.
